This highlights my belief that dental problems are multicausal and cannot be solved simply by flossing and brushing alone. However, your daily hygiene regimen is preventing compounding these problems.
Look at the stress in your life, internal and external, on the physical side; habits, diet, exercise, on the mental side; emotions, feelings, thoughts and on the spiritual side; attitudes and beliefs.
There is a saying -- your thoughts are your wings or your chains.
