A diet that constricts the flow of energy or normal functioning predisposes our mouths to disease. Look for dietary excesses in sweets (especially refined sugars), caffeine and alcohol.
Look for excesses in habits like nicotine, drugs, clenching or grinding of teeth. Other habits like nail or hairpin biting, neck or jaw habits contribute to imbalance and disharmony.
