One woman's tendonitis
is getting worse, and now she's got a heavy baby to carry around too. One person who tried acupuncture cleared her tendonitis with a Nikken magnet placed on the sore spot. Problems like tendonitis are invariably caused by problems in the neck and upper back, such as tension or a shortening of the muscles, which, in turn, are often caused by poor posture. Try an osteopath or chiropractic. Alternatively, try a physiotherapist, who cleared up one reader's tendonitis after three visits, using ultrasound and inter-ferential equipment. Self-help remedies to try include marjoram, lavender and chamomile aromatherapy oils. Use a couple of drops of each in a tablespoon of base lotion, and rub into the troubled spot several times a day. Or perhaps try 10g Kordels Glucosamine a day, says one man who runs a health shop. He's been recommending it for 10 years, and his customers seem satisfied. Another reader recommends Forever Living's MSM gel, which could clear the condition within six weeks. One reader's problem disappeared after she realized she had food allergies and chemical sensitivities that were causing it. Kinesiology could help detect any allergies you may have. In the meantime several readers recommend using a sling to help with the carrying.
